I had Liz from the Gardner cube storage that helped us tremendously she was very good at her job. I would recommend CubeSmart storage to anybody I know because of service was extraordinary and the place is kept very clean extraordinary extraordinary

The rent is continuously increasing. I think in a matter of two years the increase was huge.I think they need to treat their current customers better when it comes to pricing.Customer service at my location 20/10. Always excellent.

Way too expensive, especialy for a very old guy. I asked several times how to sell the contents or move it to my house, but no responce.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff provide great support (Liz and Beth in Gardner, MA). The unit I had is in a sunny upper floor, so there's plenty of light, and is clean and new, so in great condition, and I have enjoyed feeling confident that all would be well.

Their staff were super friendly and welcoming and i felt very comfortable. They have security and temperature control units. Accessible bathrooms and carts available. Unit was the correct size.
