Your manager was amazing helpful, treated me as if I were family not just another storage rental

Units are good, climate control is good, no humidity issues. But aisles need to be swept and bathroom facilities are sub par, especially given the rental prices.

Facility is very clean and it’s organized well

The storage unit was great and accessibility was good as well, but the biggest downfall is the big price increases and the frequency of them. The "special" price deal is too short.

Your clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable, also very friendly. Cubesmart is very clean and had everything I needed, boxes, locks ,tape ECT .. a great place to store my furniture.

I did not need it anymore as I have moved. I only put my stuff in there as I needed a space for a short time why we were on vacation.

1. Difficulty in making payments on line2. I should have been refunded fort 14 days left in the last month's advance payment.The lady attendant said They don't do that.The male attendant with a broken finger had said previously that Cube Smart will give me the refund for the days the units were taken out and payment was made for the month in advance. He asked me to give him a good rating.

Creeping prices for long term customers. Doubled price of unit from 150 per month to 300 per month.

The consistency in price increase between all of your units is agitating and discouraging. I had to sell a lot of my stuff in order to afford your price hikes and obtain a smaller unit to keep it financially manageable. It got to a point where I had to remove all of my stuff as your prices continued to sky rocket. My small 5x9 ended up costing more than the 10x15 I started in not even one year ago prior. I’m not sure how you get away with it, but I’ll discourage anyone from using your facility.
