Office staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly.They explained all the paperwork and future payment process. They also showed me the unit to be sure it was the size I needed and well as the location.The promotional discount was very appealing.

Great communication! The app is easy to use. When I had questions I called and got a response right away. I have recommended your business to friends already. If I ever need a space again, I'll choose you.

After 5 years of loyal and non late rent payments I got another unit. Before 3 months they increased my rent. When I inquired about it I was told by the manager, Caleb, with an attitude that he couldn’t do anything about it. I told him if he wants my continued business he would raise my rent at the right time. He refused so I moved outThen he sends me a bill for the amount without the increase. I knew he had the ability to change it allalong. Talk about no customer appreciation.

Not secure, and the cost is outrageous.

My unit had a hole in the side of the wall at the top. Rain came in with a big wind. I told the people in the office numerous times and nothing was done to fix it. All I was told was that I could move to another unit but I had to do the moving. When I was leaving I left 2 voicemails letting the office know I was leaving. Then I started getting calls saying my unit was empty and was I leaving. Very poor management at this facility..plus continuous rate increases that made moving worth it.
