I was given a nice deal on July 18, 2025, for a 20' x 20' unit for $242/mo. I was disappointed that the unit did not meet my expectations as advertised. It was actually 2 side-by-side units measuring 10' x 10' each. Also, the unit had severe damage from a previous truck or vehicle impact into the base of the separating wall on the outside, near the foundation, where a deep crevice, 6 to 8" wide, had been cut into and through the units' separating wall, allowing water and debris to enter. I received a notice as I was clearing out the unit on November 15th, from CubeSmart that if I had maintained the unit until December 18, 2025, there would be $60/mo increase in rent. I was relieved that I was nearly out of the unit when I found the rent increase email.
