The outside and inside areas are kept clean. Management is friendly and helpful.

The game you play with raising rates until a tenant complains says it all. Your company is a scam. Originally we were in another of your units and rats ruined some of our belongings. Your company “allowed” to move to another unit which was obviously needed. Our rates started at 79 dollars a month and our loyalty and prompt payments was rewarded with rent hikes to 295 dollars a month and we called uncle.

Your units are good and site is clean. On site managers have always been excellent. That said, your steady recurring price increases makes ongoing business with you unsustainable.I hope you make enough money before you go out of business, be aware there's plenty of competition out there.

Unit was not what I was expecting but still serves its purpose especially for the price.
