Diane The GM was very thorough in explaining everything.. She answered all my questions before I could ask them. She was also friendly and very courteous.

Location was kept clean and my stuff safe.

The facility and security were exceptional. The constant rate increases were not.

The game you play with raising rates until a tenant complains says it all. Your company is a scam. Originally we were in another of your units and rats ruined some of our belongings. Your company “allowed” to move to another unit which was obviously needed. Our rates started at 79 dollars a month and our loyalty and prompt payments was rewarded with rent hikes to 295 dollars a month and we called uncle.
