Donna was so kind and helpful. I had to cancel my reservation because I booked the wrong location and she was very responsive and handled the situation for me. She was also so sweet when I met her and gave me all the information about the location and how to reach them and office hours. It didn't feel transactional or impersonal which I always appreciate. Even meeting someone for 5 minutes can leave a lasting impact. It was lovely meeting Donna.

Donna is amazing give her a raise

Many of the customers have been here for years and threw a few owner changes. Since CubeSmart took over, my monthly fee increased twice and was just forced to remove my item. Nevermind payment history.

I have been a customer for many years and never had a problem.
