The Property Manager was excellent, in understanding my needs and the right pricing fit. She was great!!

Property manager “Donna” she goes above and beyond for the customers.

Customer service. Donna was very helpful.

Donna was so kind and helpful. I had to cancel my reservation because I booked the wrong location and she was very responsive and handled the situation for me. She was also so sweet when I met her and gave me all the information about the location and how to reach them and office hours. It didn't feel transactional or impersonal which I always appreciate. Even meeting someone for 5 minutes can leave a lasting impact. It was lovely meeting Donna.

This place was secure and dry

Great customer service, very friendly and the price is affordable.

Don't know anyone that would need you, if I do I'll let them k know.

Donna is amazing give her a raise

Many of the customers have been here for years and threw a few owner changes. Since CubeSmart took over, my monthly fee increased twice and was just forced to remove my item. Nevermind payment history.

I have been a customer for many years and never had a problem.
