parking fee started at 35.00 went to 70.00. vehicle was hit while parked, a bother to investigate. no emails or letters just bills.

The place was perfect when it was Affordable Mini Storage. Cube Smart came in and made all these changes, like the units are brand new. If the way things are run isn't broken, why fix it.
