This was my first experience with getting a storage. When I first entered, I was greeted very well by a lady named Kelly, she also helped me and broke down everything so that I can understand what I was purchasing. Also, she was very helpful and didn’t mind being patient with me. Kelly did a very good job and that’s why I referred my friends to cube smart

I just moved my things in. So far good. The staff was very helpful and polite which is a great plus

Price is too high

Because of the way you guys raised my rent twenty five dollars at a time when I just didn’t have enough money. Five dollars yes but twenty five. That’s why. Personal was fantastic. Loved them

Because I started getting unnecessary increases and then I also rented a second unit that was the same size but cost more. So I don't think it's fair that you guys raised the rent on the rental units when people pay on time every month. And then also that there was a discrepancy and the differences in the pricing for the exact same units on the exact same floor. Also, there's no accessibility on Sundays or after 5:00 during the week
