Because I started getting unnecessary increases and then I also rented a second unit that was the same size but cost more. So I don't think it's fair that you guys raised the rent on the rental units when people pay on time every month. And then also that there was a discrepancy and the differences in the pricing for the exact same units on the exact same floor. Also, there's no accessibility on Sundays or after 5:00 during the week

They have a mice problem that need to really be addressed, plus the unit lights didn’t work. They are only open from 8-5 they close the gate at 4:50 and some people like to come after hours for items and they can’t,

My belongings only been there since July and I had mice droppings in my belongings. That was not satisfactory..

We had no issues with the storage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although CubeSmart didn't have the best price for its size, the location is convenient, the space was very clean and easy to access.
