Pricing keeps going up to a ridiculous amount . Mice in the storage building dead from the poison packs they put in there.

Service was great, employees were helpful and friendly. Only negative was the way the discounts were advertised versus applied. I thought I was looking at the price that would have another 25% taken off but was actually seeing the already discounted price. Upside, the 1/2 off first month was after the 25% discount so cheaper than I realized.

Typical storage. Only issue that I can say is limited accessibility.

Staff very nice and friendly and understandable

The unit price was a fair price for the size and condition of the unit, then the price kept changing first it went up $15 then a few months later it went up another $17. Just became unreasonable for this standard unit.

Great customer service

Easy in and out of the facility. The only issue is the restroom was always locked . Not that we needed it but one day my son needed to use the restroom and it’s there but always locked
