The unit was convenient, stayed a good temperature. It just annoyed me that after 3 months they raised my rent $40.. Unfortunately that's the game they all play, so i packed up my stuff and move it elsewhere every 90 days

First month free but from the date I signed even though i mom don’t have access until 2 weeks after I signed the lease. Total bs and scam advertising.

This may not speak for every location, but even when I was going through troubling times they were always great with communication which I can deeply appreciate.

I liked the facility very much and was sorry to have to give it up (and happy to not need it any longer). My only problem with the whole experience is the fairly regular price hikes. I got in at a bargain, but soon it wasn't a bargain any more.
