We rented a unit on the second floor. Rhonda was very friendly and helpful. The next day of our move both elevators were down! The only choice we had was to rent a storage on the first floor Instead of accommodating us due to the inconvenience - I’ll get charged $20 Extra to move to an exact unit. . …. Disappointing….

The facility is very clean, organized, and easy to access. The employee (Rhonda) who rented the unit to me was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. CubeSmart is fortunate to have her as an employee.
