The reservation process was very easy. We did it on-line. We finished out the process in person. There are lots of forms to fill out. The staff person on site, Jordan, was very friendly and made the process painless. He was happy to show me the property in person. I didn't like the first offering and he happily showed me other options. Perfect. I am happy with my choice. He explained the specifics I needed to know to make this work for me. I got the details of the locks, usage, hours, access, and so on. Thanks, Jordan.

I liked Cube Smart for its security and cleanliness, but for a 78 year old woman, the carts and "ramps" (in Georgetown) have been difficult to maneuver in and out and up and down ...
