Easy in and out of the facility. The only issue is the restroom was always locked . Not that we needed it but one day my son needed to use the restroom and it’s there but always locked

Clean , secure facility. Up to date computer/mobile phone operation of gates. The man operating the facility was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Explained the rental, lease, and options. This fellow made the rental, use of the storage unit an easy professional experience.

The reservation process was very easy. We did it on-line. We finished out the process in person. There are lots of forms to fill out. The staff person on site, Jordan, was very friendly and made the process painless. He was happy to show me the property in person. I didn't like the first offering and he happily showed me other options. Perfect. I am happy with my choice. He explained the specifics I needed to know to make this work for me. I got the details of the locks, usage, hours, access, and so on. Thanks, Jordan.
