I had a bad experience with the manager. When I rented the storage unit, I told them that I already had a padlock, and they told me that was fine—that I could return theirs. I went to the office several times, but it was always closed during hours when it was supposed to be open. After four or five days, I spoke with the manager to return the padlock, but he refused, claiming it had to be done within the first 24 hours—which is not what I had been told initially.Another issue arose when my husband needed to use the restroom; the manager became rude and annoyed before finally letting him in. He was very high-handed with us—simply rude.

The check-in process with Christian was made easy. He showed me where both units were located, how the barrel locks worked, the hours of operation, and both entry/exit points to the facility.

You let a 4-8+ month renter walk away! I was more surprised than unhappy being charged $200.00 for a misunderstanding about the move date and the date you fill in all your information and auto billing info!!I asked the attendant on 2/2/26 if I could reserve a 10x15 unit for Narch 1 YES HE Didn’t SAY don’t fill out the info on the app until then On that day the ap allowed for a move in on the 16th Feb being a short month I asked for the 13 day allowance to reserve March 1I inquired on the 10th why the info on the ap didn’t show move in date 1 MarchThe attendant said basically tough luck no refund and NO I can’t apply the payment for Geb to March even though you are still in Florida preparing to moveMy point is Maybe he is just poorly trained OR your management procedures doesn’t allow him any freedomBottom line I am out $200.00 for Feb rentI if this is your way of treating customers I’ll find another rental location When I arrive in Gilbert 1-2 March

The manager always calls you back when you leave a message which is very much appreciated!! The only negative is that the rent increases often. When you are a long term renter that is hard and it would be nice to get a discount if you have been there a long time (loyalty customer). Thanks
