Facility was always clean and well kept. Doug is absolutely wonderful to work with and always happy to help in anyway he can.

The location was convenient, clean and management was responsive when needed.

Seems like the prices are going up every 4 to 6 months for the same unit when it doesn't appear that there would be any rising costs to Cube Smart.

The convenience of having my business storage near my home- However, the business model where you increase your tenants monthly bill every 4-6 months feels predatory. You strong arm people into paying higher prices. Who wants to move storage units every 4-6 months, NOBODY.The only reason I am still doing business with your company is out of necessity, it’s close to my house- and Doug, the facility manager. His customer service is top notch.

First, I received excellent customer service, saw a clean facility, and found a location close to me. Additonally, the pricing was comparable to other self-storage facilities in the area. Lastly, I liked the website and how easy it was to navigate.
