The store I used was always clean and the caretaker was VERY friendly and helpful. Also this facility was truly "climate control". I also liked the phone app to open entrance and exit gates.

To be honest I have rented from this facility before. But we went in just for pricing and to look at sizing this time and talked to Doug. It was completely him that got us to rent a storage unit there. His personality was what made us go ahead and rent a spot there. You have a very genuine guy working the front desk.

Have been a customer for many years. over that time the cost of my unit has more than doubled! I DO appreciate the time during covid , where you refrained from raising rates ( I was dealing with Cancer Treatment and not working). but I have found a Unit about the same size, for more than half of what I am currently paying! Plus, I have moved and this unit is further away.
