Excellent customer service top of the line.

Cube Smart seems to be more concerned with getting every dollar. Unless someone savify enough to navigate the accounting and it should be straightforward than that. That way the customer will see the value and want to tell others. I think volume works better than gouging.

I have a couple spaces with Cube Smart already and would like to see if the rates continue to be reasonable!! Everything is clean and nice.

I don’t like rental rates just rising for the simple reason that you can raise them. Luring people in with a low rate and then continuing to raise the price regular is crappy. Capitalism at its absolute finest. Unchecked capitalism benefits only the people who already have money, it is bad for everyone else, Your mortgage doesn’t go up monthly and neither should my rent.

The building was very clean and well kept. Jerry was wonderful in helping me in finishing the paperwork and explaining how things worked. He answered all my questions with confidence, and ensured that I would be able to use the locking mechanism for the storage unit door.
