Because there was a price increase without prior knowledge and you locked my unit when I was only a few days late. Also, $16 a month for insurance without my consent is ridiculous.

My unit was broken into and then I had to come back in the middle of my trip to take care of the situation and all my items lost was unfortunately not covered in the insurance claim.

Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. They close early, before posted time. They turn off the lights in the office and go into the back room and lock the front door, when they are supposed to be open . They are horrible at answering questions. They never have any answers. Their customer service is a joke. They don't train people right. The property manager Destiny is a joke and can never get anything some in a timely manner. Unless, it's screwiyiu over, then she's quick to pounce, even when it is the employees fault 100%. She will not acknowledge the fault and blame the customer anyway.
