Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. They close early, before posted time. They turn off the lights in the office and go into the back room and lock the front door, when they are supposed to be open . They are horrible at answering questions. They never have any answers. Their customer service is a joke. They don't train people right. The property manager Destiny is a joke and can never get anything some in a timely manner. Unless, it's screwiyiu over, then she's quick to pounce, even when it is the employees fault 100%. She will not acknowledge the fault and blame the customer anyway.

It was clean, easy to use, and office people were very nice and helpful. Destyni was great super nice to work with.

Every aspect of my experience with CubeSmart was great, from the initial setup to the cost, facility upkeep, and customer service!

The place was clean and I like the access but support lacked as I could never get anyone on the phone. The bill changes just a couple of months after a large amount. I thought at least 6 months to a year a slight increase but it wasn't what I expected and not clear upon signing up that it would do so.
