CubeSmart is a great facility. This one in particular has a lot of technological perks like an app to access gates, elevators, and storage units. It alleviates having to have a key and accidentally forgetting it. The place is clean, with climate controlled units available. The access times are great. One downfall was having to wait a while if the one person manning the desk was out showing a potential storage user around. This made it difficult to rent carts. It was also hard to return the cart keys if it was after hours and an employee was gone. The second downfall was the amount that the storage unit went up in price in just a year. Like any other unit, the managers and employees never really know how much rent will be raised, but they usually help get it lowered a bit if you call the manager. Other than that, the employees and store manager I interacted with were helpful and friendly.

The Glendora facility is great! The staff is amazing and super helpful.

I was very pleased when I went in to finalize my agreement and set up the app. The young lady who helped me in the front desk, was very professional very helpful. I was pleased with how clean the storages are no complaints.
