The gentleman who helped us get moved into our storage unit (believe his name was John) was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel welcomed and important as customers. Even after he explained some things as to how to access our storage unit and we basically had a complete misunderstanding... However, he was very patient and took the time to explain anything that we had misunderstood and always goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied and have a pleasant experience here at cubesmart. Thanks for your hospitality and all the patience you have shown us!! We couldn't have felt more important as new customers and really enjoy the setup here at cubesmart. John's people skills and customer service experience show through his seamless interaction with customers and patience to make sure we understand everything about the facility as it is quite different than most other storage facilities.
