Facility was great. I did have an issue with not getting a late fee waived after the credit card I was using to pay for the unit expired and I didn't notice it. I spoke with the manager who asked me to come in to the office and I wasn't able to get there for a couple of days. When I arrived, the manager wasn't there and no one in the office was able to waive the fee. I reached out multiple times after that to contact the manager who never responded. It should have been a simple issue to resolve but the service I received was awful.

Great space, great employees but continually increase rates and I was a customer for over a decade.

The staff were professional, answered my questions and the facility was well lit and secure.
