Fast easy rental, the manager answerd all our questions and was very helpful.

I have rented storage (both indoor and outdoor access) from many companies, and Cubesmart is far and away the worst. Starting with the fact that my partner was injured after slipping on ice because you failed to clear snow and ice away (former on-site worker told me directly that he'd repeatedly brought the problem up with management but got not support to address it) and the nthis problem happened a second time to me. Both times I contacted management and received a very dismissive, flippant and insulting response back from Cubesmart management who weren't working on site. Later, months after the fact, when I personally slipped on ice in the same location, new on-site staff went to Great lengths to tell me that it was my responsibility to "take care" in icey areas -- The area in question was directly in front of the entrance of my storage unit. Then there is the matter. The exorbitant fee increases, the last of which was an increase of over $60 per month, or more than 20% of what I was already paying. When I mentioned it to the on-site staff person he immediately asked " would you like me to try and see if I can get the rate increase lowered?" What a stupid and insulting question. So I guess it's my responsibility as a customer to constantly try and negotiate a lower rate with this pathetic company. Then there is the issue of being told by CubeSmart employees that they would look into my concerns and call me back. I was told this no less than three separate times and not once did I ever receive a call back. Finally, the matter of the on-site staff leaving the office with the open sign posted but the door locked and a sign on the door saying they will return at whatever specific time the sign indicated. , and other people have shown up numerous times when the sign posted indicated a time, in some cases ours earlier, yet the office is locked and the open sign is posted but no staffer around. On multiple occasions I have spoken to staff who do not work on site, regional manager named Mike and other male and female staff, and have been spoken to in ridiculously, insulting and unintelligent ways, without ever there being any attempt to apologize or address the matters I was contacting them about. Finally, I have moved to another location in the immediate area where I am renting a larger storage unit for for $138 less per month, and the staff is present when they say they will be around and are courteous and respectful and professional. Would I ever recommend CubeSmart? Never. In fact, I look forward to going out of my way to encourage people not to give business to your company.

My local store manager is absolutely fantastic. We did have a problem a last year with the ice at the unit that I escalated to his boss. It was clear to me at that time that she is not providing the support he needs. The ice was marginally better this year but only because it did not snow in CO haha.

Very helpful staff and willing to work with me at reasonable prices. The only bad was the alleys were too small to get my trailer into the extra-large unit which was the only reason I got that unit and when I moved out of the unit there was still half a month left and I thought I was getting a refund

I experienced difficulty finding anyone in the office during business hours. I was paying more than standard rate for my unit. In winter snow would be plowed against doors making it difficult or dangerous to access unit. Several boxes had water damage due to snow melt.

Staff located at Mt Vernon Road in Golden, CO especially Carlos is very helpful to us in our storage needs.

I’ve had my auto pay set up for over a year, now.Since I canceled one of my units (I had three) they took off all auto pays and now I’ve had nothing but trouble getting auto pay back onto my two other units.

Too expensive and the ice build up in front of my unit was horrible. I slipped on it yesterday while moving out.

so far all of the service has been terrific. Carlos is great.
