The door to the climate controlled building is always unlocked AND SHOULD NOT BE. It should only be accessible with a code. Also there are not enough cameras. I’m very concerned about safety.

Too expensive. The rates keep going up and up. Absolutely ridiculous.

The provided unit and access instructions were both of good quality, and the people at the office were consistently helpful. Leaving the unit was a bit difficult and unclear, however, but additional help from the office helped amend this.

I gave you a 3 because...1. The place was dirty. Trash in the inside roads and in the hallway of my unit. Don't think it was ever swept.2. Someone used a LARGE amount of mothballs in my storage area permeating all my stuff.3. Raised rates 2 months after I moved in.4. Left large entry potholes in the driveway for a year. despite many pleas to fix.

Would still be there but for the price increase
