Very disappointed, having to deal with the person that was in the office when we were unpacking I asked if I could leave the truck overnight since we weren’t leaving till the morning it basically paid for a full month. And his response was rude in the office stunk like he needed to spray it a lot I won’t recommend this place again.

Raised rates all the time. Damages in my unit from rain and dirt.

I had a good experience,. The rate stayed the same wish I can't say for extra space storage, I got plenty of time when my account was overdue, etc.

Service was exceptional and all questions were properly answered. The process was easy and the personnel were friendly and considerate. Will recommend the area and service of the staff as top performance.

It was a fairly good experience. It was the fact that you made me pay for a $20 lock when I had one. There was no opportunity not to pay for the lock you had to pay $20 for the locking though I had a storage unit lock I was going to use.
