The agent on the phone was cheerful, accommodating, and very pleasant. I was upset that no one was at the physical location and was going to try else where until I saw the QR code. The agent was able to place me in a unit in less than 10 minutes and waited until I was in the gate. She talked me through each step. I had never used a storage unit before so I was super appreciative of her patience. Also - - very important - - someone at the physical location took the time to open the package the lock came in so I could use it immediately. I found that to be extremely thoughtful.

I had a trailer stolen from this property. They need improved surveillance equipment. Costs kept going up recently, I would think that a long term user would have a better price.

Manager was very helpful

When I had questions the office people were helpful. Unit was convenient and the area was clean.
