You advertise low internet rates, then once people move in you constantly raise the rates while still offering new customers rates half of what old customers are paying. Secondly, not exactly sure how it’s done but it appears yall use blowers to clean out other units causing dust and dirt to cover my belongings in my unit. When I called about getting a better rate the person I spoke with didn’t want to discuss it, so I moved my stuff out.

Overall excellent customer service

Unit was clean and sealed like they said! Went inside the unit to turn on light didn’t work ! Manager tried a new bulb did not work so basically no light in unit!

Didn’t like that it wasn’t no light bulbs, found roaches and terds in my basket of clothing when moved inside of my house
