As far as the storage it was great but management was not good. We purchased our house on the January 23rd and we were able to get half of our stuff out before the winter storm hit. My payment was due 25th but with the storm we could not get everything out on time. When we went to get the rest of our stuff on the 31st there was a lock on the door, so I went to talk to management and he told me that i had to pay a whole new month because i was 6 days late. I asked if he could pro-rate he said no and charged me $113.00 for the whole month. He also didn't put salt and the sidewalk was frozen and I slipped and fell 3 times injuring my knee and back. Thats when the manager said let me go get rock salt. I believe this should have been done before the storm if they wanted us out in time.

Easy to rent from and friendly staff.

The storage unit itself was fine. We didn’t like that you were renting a portion of your building to a smoke shop. We don’t like smoke shops in the first place but on top of that the smoke shop was raided by the police for selling illegal narcotics and afterword you guys didn’t do anything about kicking them out.
