Nothing to do with customer service. Our unit was full of dirt from the gravel drive. Needs to be paved to protect people’s things. There is a seal on the bottom of the door but it didn’t keep the dirt out.

Unit was dirty , drive way a mud hole , plus sighns of rats. Also didn't even have the unit 24hrs and they refused to give me a full refund. I will definitely be leaving a Google review.

When I went up there to get my lock cut n terminate my storage bill but he made me pay a whole months bill I wasn’t even gonna use then a month later I got another bill the guy never terminated my storage bill
