Space is clean, well cared for and it's great that it's climate controlled. However, management waited a week after I emptied my unit and informed them that I had moved out to respond (a week I assume I'm paying for). They never answer the phone and are unavailable during listed "on site" hours. YOU NEED MORE STAFF. My reason for moving out is because I was promised that my rate would never go up and it went up exponentially twice within two months time. A $500 difference in rates from October to December. I didn't sign up for that, it broke the contracted and promised rate, and I can't afford it. I'll be forced to keep my things at a nearby outdoor unit that is in way worse condition for now.

Lupe at the Grapevine TX location is very friendly and helpful. When I had a problem opening the unit because of the lock, he took care of it right away.He is always friendly and helpful when I go. It hard to find good customer service sometimes. But Lupe is exceptional.

Clean place. Convenient from the standpoint of entry and exit from facility. Very unhappy with price increases. Went from $95 to $131 in a little over a year....that's a 38% increase. Would not sustainable for me to continue to rent if I were just using for long term storage. I used it temporarily for a move. But if I were doing long term storage, I would have moved because of the cost increases.
