Infestation of rats and roaches. No food or perishable items stored but roaches in boxes and rat droppings on boxes.Had to clean and sanitize all furniture. No excuse. Simple can of spray foam would seal a unit.

Location was convenient but the location of my specific storage unit was behind a door and made it very difficult to move larger items into it
