I didn’t think you would raise my rental price by such a high percent (>30%) in just less than 6 months. I’ve had storage units before but none have raised the agreed price in the first 6 months and with very little previous notice. Probably you will increase your rent next year and maybe a couple of times. Nobody knows! I know what you’re doing and, in my opinion, it’s not a good business practice. I’ll make sure I post it in Google and any other reviews. Good bye Cube Smart.

I had cockroaches in my unit. No food or anything to attract bugs. I did encountered some helpful employees along the way who sprayed my unit a couple of times. However, when I did mention this when I canceled it was not even commented on. Otherwise, a mainly pleasant experience.
