Super convenient and never any issues accessing the facility or my unit. Carts were always available and there are restrooms

The lady who works there is a true gem. She is the sole reason I would recommend this location.

I would have given you a 0 if it was not for your manager DJ. Your unwillingness to deal with long term customers is disgusting. I have renting for over 25 years and when ai s=ask for a break i was met with a resounding NO! Even going to a smaller unit I could not get the pricing of a new customer. I gave you a bad review and brought these issues and got no reply from your company.

The staff is super friendly but the lighting for the facilities is very insufficient if you need to do anything at night. Oh well it's storage unit goes a long way as far as safety and actually being able to see things
