I rented a unit for almost 2 years and never was able to reach an individual by phone during that time. When I would attempt to go to the main office it was consistently closed.

Rates increase annually with no additional security. Very high rates compared to the local market. Promises of cameras and/or gate access, never kept.Overnight Loitering by non renters.Trash from emptied out units.

Professional, friendly service, plus rental started day one came in office and rent was due on same day each month!!! ( example: 20th to 20th.)

I’m not happy at all. I cleaned out my unit cc38 and u don’t Pro rate. So that means I don’t get any kind of money back. Very frustrating and very strange. Most places pro rate.
