When your company failed to take money from my account, you made little effort to contact us about the problem. You then cut the lock and took actions to auction the contents. Once I stumbled on the problem, I immediately resolved the payment issue and brought the account up to date. Then when I closed the storage account on 3 Oct, I did not receive a reimbursement for the days not used in Oct - most of the month. You never had any problems from us for over 2 years of renting this storage.
