Sign up was easy and the CubeSmart app making access to unit was really handy. When plans changed and I needed to close out the unit the process was clear unlike some places that make it hard to close out.

Clean facility and good price.

I tried paying on line several months ago and paid the amount of the bill 367.83, however your system not only did not take the payment but came back and said the reason they did not accept my payment was of NSF, which was a lie and that caused my FICO score to drop 18 points! So that's why I gave your company a lower score.

Great staff and hours

Professional. warm, friendly, always helpful. Positive outlook. I have with CubeSmart off and on since 2019. Linda is the best. Then she retired to part-time and Bethany took over as manager. She is following very closely in Linda's footsteps. Could be better.
