Truck was great. The u haul app is a 0. Every time I got to the page you input the security number they text you, I switch to see it, then switch back, the u haul app resets back to sign in.

You put us in units that were impossible to get to without the smallest compact car. We asked you to move us and you said you had to talk to a couple of managers. We never heard back from you. We moved out of your facility, which was difficult because it is impossible to get a truck to the units we were rented.

Sign up was easy and the CubeSmart app making access to unit was really handy. When plans changed and I needed to close out the unit the process was clear unlike some places that make it hard to close out.

I tried paying on line several months ago and paid the amount of the bill 367.83, however your system not only did not take the payment but came back and said the reason they did not accept my payment was of NSF, which was a lie and that caused my FICO score to drop 18 points! So that's why I gave your company a lower score.
