Ruined several pieces of my furniture by blowing dirt into my unit with a blower. I left my unit three weeks before end of month and was refused any refund.

They kept things in good condition.

800 phone number rented me a unit that was impossible to get my car in due to the access to the unit.Employee on site fortunately was able to get me in another unit with better access. It however cost me more money. She was great! She gets a 10 rating, however, I should not have had to pay more money for the same size unit. The 10x 20 units should be able to allow a car to turn into the unit. Employee on site was great but the 800 phone number personnel I talk to made no mention of restrictions or access limitations.I should not have had to pay extra for the same size unit when I could not get it into the original unit due to access availability.Therefore, my rating reflects the ability for your 800 operators to understand the clients needs.This cost me over $60 dollars for the first month rental.Not happy!

Management was always cordial and responsive. Units are not climate controlled and have become quite expensive.

Location is good. Staff friendly and attentive. My reason for score is because my storage rate has increased by 50% in 2 years. I went from $60.75 in 2023 to $95.48 for 2026. Unacceptable. I will be looking for other storage options.
