Location is good. Staff friendly and attentive. My reason for score is because my storage rate has increased by 50% in 2 years. I went from $60.75 in 2023 to $95.48 for 2026. Unacceptable. I will be looking for other storage options.

You doubled my rent in less than a year. When the doors were changed out on my unit it was left a hot mess for me to clean up with lots of scrap metal, bolts and dust and dirt everywhere in my unit and ob my belongings. The staff was always friendly and helpful though.

Convenient location, easy access, quick and easy rental, and helpful and friendly staff. I would have preferred a single 15'x20' as opposed to two 15x10 units.
