Cube Smart is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Do NOT use them for your storage needs. They LIE, refuse to give prices they quote, they will say that you HAVE to buy their insurance even if your own home insurance company will cover your items in storage. Refused to give me a refund after I showed my insurance will cover my items as they said they would. They can't seem to operate their own computer correctly, totally incompetent with basic business operations. I was taken for $48 for insurance costs that I didn't have to pay if they had been truthful with me and refuse to refund me after they said they would. They are the gold standard of a mismanaged, incompetent, waste of time, lying idiots company. Don't waste your time with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you don't mind getting screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
