Very easy to get a unit and very clean also was supplied with locks for the unit I rented.

I felt that over the winter the area wasn't properly cleared for access, and there were dangerous overhang of snow.I was sent a letter for a cost. increase of $50+ effective immediately for an already severely overpriced unit.It forced my hand to move, but I'm glad that I did. Also I don't really care for the staff (or I should say some of the staff)Personally I can't understand a rental increase when offering promotional move-in costs and also having many empty units. Keeping longer term large unit rentals would seem very important to me. Why would I stay? I would be paying approximately $285 dollars this month for the unit, and I found one nearby, and new for $150, and a promo of $75 for the first three months. Why would I spend an extra $210 and $135 respectively per month for the same exact thing. Would You?

The price for a 10x30 storage unit is a car payment. At $631, I found a much better and cheaper facility. You guys are greedy!! 🤬

Easy to set up, safe, payments were reasonable. No issues over the year I had the unit.

I moved out 4 days after my rent was due and they would not prorate it. I had talked to someone a few months before and was told I had a five day grace for move out. Not happy with the extra money I had to spend and will not use CubeSmart again.

Everything was great. The employee at the site was always very helpful. The site was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the frequent price increases.

Very clean and safe environment. Friendly staff.
