The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Because a rat got in my storage unit and ate part of my afghan my mother made me. :(. When it was locally owned I never had a rat problem.The gal that works there is supper nice, I think her name is Roseanne. At least she has been great when I have needed her help.My other complaint is that there is a guy that parks his RV in front my storage unit and I can't back up to unload my things from my truck. I am usually out there once a week and I would really like it moved!!!!!

Basically I was charges 2 months for storage I didn’t use called both times and never got the correct way to stop the charges. Your reps are rude and not helpful at all
