Everything was easy to get set up. The prices are very competative with multiple locations in their network. Staff was fantastic and very quick to reply if I ever left a message even afterhours or on holidays. The facility was very secure and the grounds and facility very well maintained. If there was a location where I moved to I would have stayed with CubeSmart.

Things were great for the first year, then they kept raising the monthly price. We went from around 120 to 220 a month, when it was advertised at 100 a month online. Then we get our stuff out, and our couches are covered in mold, and there were rat droppings and pee on all of our things.

It’s a great storage company but the price is a little bit high for me.
