“Convenience” fee for paying online. BS way just to get more money. Talked to CS. They basically didn’t care. Couldn’t even get a we’re sorry. Completely toed company line. Also continuous rate hikes.

They are so helpful kind and explaining it’s a wonderful company in my past rental space. I was so disappointed that I said I never do it again, but this has totally changed my mind but only with you thank you.

Super clean, convenient, accessible, and I also like the app for easy in/out access. I'd have given a 10 score, but CubeSmart jacked up my monthly rate 18% two months after I moved in. The manager extended the lower rate for a month, which was nice. But I didn't appreciate the immediate increase.
