Ease of storage is good as well as customer service but price is somewhat high and I was unhappy with all of the extra fees on top of the listed price.

1. High cost.2. Bait and switch pricing.3. Non-functioning main gate... for over two years!

Great service every time I needed it.

Very costly. The cost went from $115 to $316 monthly. It was not worth the cost to continue with the storage unit.

I am very unhappy that my monthly rate was raised by $50 before first month was done. Total BS

The storage unit was very accessible. The attendance that worked in the office were very kind helpful and considerate if I ever need storage again I will go back here and I would also recommend my family and friends to go there as well. I have no complaints the whole time I was there.

Tom was incredibly professional as well as personable. He allowed me to look at multiple units before I made my choice. He also allowed me to pick the one that best suited me without swaying me to the more expensive option. I would recommend the CubeSmart on Flanders Road to anyone with storage needs!
