Ease of process, helpful attendant

I found the facility in Mystic to be dark and worn down. I didn’t feel safe in the building my locker was in. Creepy vibe. Old and worn down space. Barely heated tho I was paying for a heated locker. I have two other lockers elsewhere that are leagues nicer and safe feeling and similar pricing.

Where do I begin. It all started with the angel sent from above, Tom. From the second we needed storage, Tom was there to help in any way he could! The one bad part of the experience was calling Tom to let him know we were cleaned out and done with the unit. All around, wouldn’t have been the same without Tom. My wife has decided to name our first born son “Tom” in honor of the great CubeSmart Legend himself.

Great service and ease of access. However, the storage unit I had often had water on the floor in the entry way. We had several items end up with mold on them

Because Tom the manager tried to prevent me from removing and selling items from unit 110 and he only rented me to he unit because he thought he and his friends and members of the Stonington and or Groton pd would get all my property

It was good minus the price increase

No office not clear communication and not an easy process to do the door to the unit is small and no one said the lock was included so I bought another one for no reason. Also I was told I could pay in the office but again an open sign but no office employee also it’s expensive
