I've rented here before with no issues so I'm using their services once again.

Good price, good place to store items

There were several things I took issue with. While the facilities were clean and well kept, my information was not carried over when I rented a second unit so I was overcharged. There was also an incident where there was a rain leak and I was not contacted for several hours and offered no solution for clean up. Not the best experience.

1)Very unfriendly service over the year that I was there.2) prices jumped up three times in a year !!3) potholes in driveway entrance never got fixed!4) had to trim the brush off the fence next to where I parked.5) the place wasn’t 24hrs service.6) paid my bill on the 26th of every month and had to relocate on the 28th and no refund!

Spencer is annoying. Prices raise way too much.

It is very clean, easy to access.The price increases became far too excessive for us to continue. Over 3 years the price nearly quadrupled
