Access and storage is fine but the way you increase monthly payments is horrible! Having my monthly premium go up over $100 a months over the course of a little over a year is ridiculous and immoral.

We sold our house and put some of our stuff at this facility. I told him it would be there for possibly a year. Five months later, my rent increased 43% . They did give me a notice but basically told this is what they can get for it. Pay this or move was how I felt.
