I originally called the Grove City Ohio location to inquire about a large storage unit a few months ago. I spoke with Spencer, he said I could take a look inside a unit about the size I needed. Even though one was available I needed one I could back a trailer into. Those were all full but offered to put me on a wait list. A month or so passed and he called to say one wasn't available yet, but did I want to remain on the wait list. I really appreciate him staying in contact because I was still looking. I was going to call him few weeks later to see if one was available yet, but then he called. I think it's been an amazing experience, I'm signed up and everything is perfect!

Units need to cleaner

Overall good experience. The price increases were the reason I left.

Very clean and secure facility. The staff was extremely helpful with setting up the storage unit several months ago and in closing out my rental. I would give Cube Smart Grove City an A+ in every category.
