Personable and helpful sales agent; a little confusing on discounts around different storage options; and, repeated Cubesmart erroneous billing communications (bot?) after account closed. Finally, got last observation fixed after a phone call to (same) sales agent. (Had to call twice to get a call back, though.)

Easy to schedule, easy to access. The app is really good. The manager is friendly and helpful.The only improvement I would like to see would be to be able to pick my unit myself from a map.

I had my unit for a long time, everyone working there were always kind and welcoming. Sometimes they would help me with whatever I needed help with.

Good location and the people I dealt with were very friendly and very, very helpful.
