Excellent service and great follow up

The front office made sure that I got the right storage space.I was surprised that a climate controlled unit was warm, however with no guarantee about humidity.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, facility was well-maintained

Jen was amazing, informative, polite, and very 'warm' in her explaining everything. Very satisfied with whole experience.

The price increase is not very economical, especially for military who need it for at least 3 years. Unfortunately, I had no options to relocate my items, and had to pay the crazy increases.

Personable and helpful sales agent; a little confusing on discounts around different storage options; and, repeated Cubesmart erroneous billing communications (bot?) after account closed. Finally, got last observation fixed after a phone call to (same) sales agent. (Had to call twice to get a call back, though.)

Clean safe units, great customer service.

Easy to schedule, easy to access. The app is really good. The manager is friendly and helpful.The only improvement I would like to see would be to be able to pick my unit myself from a map.
