I love CubeSmart. The way the prices skyrocketed in the last year was too much for me. I still recommended it to others and tomd then the store manager is great but warned them of the price increases and that the regional manager is very money-focused so not to expect much help from him if the prices continuously increase. It’s a strategy.

Constantly raising rates! Unreasonable pricing! when I’m paying 200$ for a unit that is advertised at 60$ a month! On top of that plow left units completely inaccessible!!! So I’m paying 200$ for a unit I can’t even access! It’s a joke!

I hated the experience. Evasive price increases, annoying phone calls. It was my worst storage experience. Everything is just blamed on the previous owners.

No problems during contactless move-in. Only complaint is the inability to waive insurance when I already have coverage. No other complaints.
