Great experience all around

I was at the storage unit that you presently owned for years prior to you taking it over. I have only been storing at that unit with your company owning it for approximately a year and a half. I was at that unit for about 5 years prior. The fees and overcharges that were charged to me because I was a few days late was astronomical and ridiculous. Prior to you taking over, the owner of the company occasionally would let me go over 10 or 15 days sometimes, even as late as a month later would never charge me an overage fee. I pay my mortgage sometimes more than 5 days late and never get charged a late fee. I will never use your company again for storage! The rudeness of the attendance or I guess you people would call them employees in the office were rude and treated me as if they were better than me. Good luck to your company as I'm sure it's big business, it's just not going to be at my expense.

pricing is ridiculously high. with recent increase, pricing is now $330/month for 10' x 20' car storage unit.complete ripoff.will not negotiate, has take it of leave approach.

I like customer service, place stays clean

From my first phone call to when I arrived in person, the same staff member helped me, and their consistency, friendliness, and knowledge really stood out.

I got a call confirming my purchase as well as my choice of payment within 20 minutes, so much faster than I expected. She was super nice calling me and was really nice.

In the short time I rented the space there were 2 or 3 increases. I felt there was no longer any value for me to stay.
