Miscommunication between me and the general manager. Took days for a district manager to reach out to me. I let the facility know that I will be ending my unit and I was still charged.

I had mice and mice dropping in my unit no one seems to care or try to accommodate me in any means necessary the amount of money they charge it should not be I am very upset I will not recommend this place to anyone

The unit in my location kept going up when other locations don’t. Only worker recently that tried to help me was VEE-she was great but by then my mind was made up to just move and close the unit.
