After purchasing a unit in August 2025 my rate increased for January 2026. I was then notified my rate was increasing again for July 2026. I think that increasing the rate every 5-6 months is taking advantage of people. Why does the rate have to increase so frequently? I am not getting anything more with each increase. You are gouging the consumer for nothing more in return.

I wish the building was locked.

Great service. My things remained safe and in tact’s but the bill was too high 375.00 for that storage unit is easily less than 100.00 in another location. I know because my sister is paying for a larger space in another location for $65.00. Too OVERPRICED
