Great location and great prices. The staff are amazing. Henry was great, explained the best place to park to access my unit, showed me around the facility and had a great attitude. He is an asset to your company!

The the little score reflects the fact that the fees kept increasing monthly during the time that I was there. It was an inability to pay remotely without a fee. I also was overcharged in my last bill and have been frustrated that I have not been able to resolve that.

My score would be 10 out of 10 however I do feel that the company should rethink pro rating rent when people move out things can rapidly change and having to pay for a full month even though you move out a few days after seems a little unfair and price gouging
