when signing up online, you should have the option to not have to pay $20 for the lock. When having a second floor storage unit, should have the option of taking an elevator up rather than taking stairs.

Great location and great prices. The staff are amazing. Henry was great, explained the best place to park to access my unit, showed me around the facility and had a great attitude. He is an asset to your company!

The business model is basically to rob people but with moderately decent customer service. I'm not impressed, and no I won't be recommending the company to anyone.
